How can I make my flowers last longer? |

Most floral arrangements last 4-7 days or longer, depending on the flowers used and the care they receive. Most importantly, keep the vase or container filled with water. If possible, re cut the stems by removing 1 or 2 inches with a sharp knife or clippers and immediately place back into water. Be sure to not crush the stems. The next important thing is to make sure the flowers are kept in a cool place. |

What if I want a specific flower? |

That is the benefit of ordering from Peters Flowers. All of our arrangements are custom. Which means that you can request a specific flower to be used or for a flower to not be used. As long as we have enough notice, anything is possible. |

What happens if the recipient is not at home when the flowers are delivered? |

In the case where the flowers are going to an office and the recipient has stepped away from his/her desk, the receptionist or mail room will accept & sign for the flowers. Or if the flowers are going to someone's home, the flowers can be left with the doorman, super or neighbor. If there is no one to accept the flowers or the perosn is away, we will leave a message for the recipient to call us to arrange another delivery when they are available. We will also notify you of a situation like this. This is the reason why we ask for a phone number. |

Do you keep on file the recipient information of whom I frequently send flowers to so I don't have to retype the address every time? |

We keep everything on file. Our computer system allows us to keep each & everyone of your orders on file for years. Not only do we keep the recipients information on file we also keep your information on file. This makes placing orders with Peters Flowers even easier. |

Can I send flowers anonymously? |

Although we ask that all cards have a signature, it is ultimately your decision. We will for billing reasons, need to get your information for our records. Just make sure to let us know that you wish to remain anonymous. |
